Cycling shoes are required because they maximize your workout giving you a safer, more secure position. The stiff soles help you pedal more efficiently and with more powerful strokes. Our bikes accept both SPD and LOOK clips. If you do not own shoes, you can rent them from us for $2.

LOOP Camp is HERE! Maximize your endurance level by combining our signature full-body indoor cycling regimen with strength training off the bike. Tone muscles and lose weight all while building confidence. LOOP Camp is for all fitness levels. Book using the same ride credits you use for your LOOP 45 and LOOP 60 rides.
