What is the LOOP Method®
A totally new workout concept on a stationary bike that incorporates intense conditioning, fat-burning interval training, strengthening exercises, and stretching. Set to killer music, our certified instructors lead participants on a journey with attention to both body and soul.
Do I have to be in great shape to participate in a LOOP ride?
No. LOOP is for all levels of riders. Each participant controls his or her own pace and bike resistance levels. LOOP is about having fun while getting in shape. No judgments! It is a rejuvenating experience that never takes itself too seriously. As a new LOOP rider, our instructors and staff are available to show you the ropes. Before beginning any new exercise regime, use caution and consult your physician.
How long are rides?
Our typical ride, LOOP 45 is 45 minutes. We offer several LOOP 60 rides each week that are 60 minutes. We ask that riders arrive 5-10 minutes before each class to ensure a timely start to each ride.
How many calories will I burn?
Depending on your body type and exertion level, you can burn between 400-1000 calories.
Will LOOP rides make my thighs big?
No. The LOOP Method® is designed to maximize calorie burn through a combination of aerobic and anaerobic activity. It is not a high weight, low repetition strength training workout designed to increase muscle size. It is a cardiovascular workout focused on burning calories leading to an overall reduction of body fat percentage. This will in turn make your muscles appear more toned and defined without risk of being big and bulky.
What are the bikes like?
Bikes are the latest Schwinn IC Pro model with LOOK & SPD compatible pedals only. Your instructor will help you adjust your bike if you are a beginner. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your first class for personalized set-up assistance and orientation.
How do cycling shoes help me ride?
Cycling shoes are required at LOOP because they maximize your workout giving you a safer, more secure position. The stiff soles help you pedal more efficiently and with more powerful strokes. If you already own cycling shoes we can store them for you at our studio; or you can rent them from us for $2.
What should I wear?
We recommend clean, comfortable workout attire. We don’t recommend lose fitting long pants that could get caught in the pedals. Padded bicycle shorts will ensure a more comfortable ride, but are not required. Complimentary gel seat cushions are available.
Can ride packages and credits be shared?
Human beings who are married or in a committed relationship and reside at the same address may share packages. We also allow minor children to share packages with their parents. Endless LOOP cannot be shared. Please see a LOOP staff member for more details.
Do you have showers?
Not at this time. We do have restrooms stocked with premium men’s and women’s spa products and we offer complimentary plastic bags for your workout wear.
How do I sign up for rides?
LOOP classes are booked online via our easy to use reservation system. Click here to reserve a bike and follow the on-screen instructions. “Walk-ins” are accommodated on a first come first serve basis. A major credit or debit card is required for all online bookings.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
No. We offer complimentary towel service.
Do you offer childcare?
Not at this time. We’re considering it based on customer feedback.
Where are you located?
