Cancellation Policy

Because we offer small and personalized rides, there may be waitlists for classes. So that all riders have the opportunity to experience LOOP, we require cancellations and changes to be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows will not be refunded.

Bike Release

All unclaimed bikes will be released to walk-in and standby customers three (3) minutes prior to the start of each ride.

Ride Credits

Ride credits and unused series or packages will remain valid in our system for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Ride schedules subject to change. All sales are final. No refunds.

Merchandise Exchanges/Returns

We want you to stand out in your LOOP gear. If you find yourself wishing you had reached for another size or color, we will be happy to assist you. All exchanges/returns of unworn merchandise must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Liability Waiver

As with any fitness activity, it is recommended that you consult with your physician prior to beginning any new exercise program. You will be asked to carefully review and sign our liability waiver at the start of your first ride. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
