It’s like yoga on a bike. Our signature 45-minute indoor cycling workout featuring the LOOP Method®. A totally new workout that incorporates conditioning, fat-burning interval training, strengthening exercises with hand weights and stretching. You can burn between 400-700 calories during this intense full-body workout. If you’ve got a body, this is the perfect workout for you.
Put your workout into a higher gear. An extended version of our signature workout allowing you to push yourself that little bit extra. Like the original, LOOP 60 incorporates conditioning, interval training, strengthening exercises with hand weights and stretching. You can burn between 600-1000 calories during this intense full-body ride. Cycle your buns off.

Balancing mind, body and spirit. Maximize your endurance level by combining our signature full-body indoor cycling regimen with strength training off the bike. Tone muscles and lose weight all while building confidence. LOOP Camp is for all fitness levels. Book using the same ride credits you use for your LOOP 45 and LOOP 60 rides. (BOOK IT).

Watch our online schedule for special theme rides throughout each month. Rides include: Happy Hour, our signature LOOP 45 ride followed by beer and pretzels; Generation LOOP for teens only; and All-Request rides.
